I can't recommend Kincaids enough. I've rented instruments for two of my kids (so far) from here, and the team has made everything so easy for us. They handled a major repair on a damaged trombone quickly and professionally, and when one of my children wanted to switch instruments, the process was seamless.
A couple weeks ago, I brought my Seagull dreadnought acoustic guitar to the store in the morning complaining of ill-sounds and poor tuning up the neck. The action was too high possibly. I walked in, was immediately welcomed, and we messed with the guitar a little before starting a ticket to get it fixed.
I love this place. I rented instruments for all three of my daughters. Not only were they able to upgrade the instruments in size as they grew, they were insured so repairs/replacements for damage were covered (at a very reasonable monthly rate), plus, my oldest daughter played long enough that we outright own her…
On a whim, I called into Kincaid's about a left-handed guitar. To my surprise, they had one in stock! A beautiful acoustic-electric Ibanez with an ebony and mahogany finish and brass strings. They also offered me an affordable soft case from Gator. Overall, a ten out of ten experience.
