Very pleased with Mr Haney’s work. Everything just feels right about this instrument. The finish details, the figuring and grain cross thatching is second to none. The neck is fat like I prefer and the weight is perfect at final assembly of 8.8lbs. Mike has done his homework and he’s passed the final exam.
Mike is an incredibly wholesome and talented guy!! Playing guitar has always been the best way for me to express myself and my emotions. After a rough few years I unfortunately didn’t have a guitar to play, and didn’t know when I would be able to get one. Mike understood this and helped me to get one that he had built!
I purchased a newish guitar and the owner had done some wiring that I just didn’t care for. I found Michael on line and drove to talk with him. Before the day was done my beautiful Epiphone LP was rewired from scratch and with new humbuckers! This guy is really good! Killer Job!
Michael is awesome! The minute you step into his studio workshop, he is reassuring you he knows his stuff. In minutes he had my old valued guitar tuned and fixed. He is very reasonable. We will see him for our guitar needs! 10/10!
