Spoke with Lauri on the phone yesterday about a couple of cellos they have in stock. They are knowledgeable and really care about their customers and products. It was very clear they have a passion for music and good products for their customers. Would recommend.
Great store. The staff are so helpful. I've rented a student instrument from them, they helped me with reeds and finding their music book section. On a second visit, they helped me find items on my shopping list and with ordering the kind of music stand I was looking for.
Fantastic service! Phenomenal workers and artists over here that absolutely know what they are doing. The store makes you instantly feel welcomed. The workshops they offer are great for building community between musicians.
A huge 'thank you' to Knapton Musik and Bret for fixing the wiring in my vintage Kramer Focus 4000. The wiring diagram was impossible to find, even on the official Kramer website. I bought the guitar 40 years ago, and had a custom paint job applied about 15 years ago.
