I have done Business with all the wonderful people working there and have gone for many many years. Never ever had a problem, I feel the complainers are going in with a chip on there shoulder to begin with. All shops have there own rules and if you follow them there will or s*hould never have a problem....

Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
