What a nice bunch of people! I’m a newbie and I took my guitar to them for a set up. I’ve been to the big box music store (just down the road) and let’s just say it can be intimidating if you don’t know much about guitars…. Here at Lane, my initial inquiry was promptly responded to by Ben.
I was very happy with my experience with Lane Music. It's been years since my garage band days and I got the draw to pick up guitar again. Hannah was so patient and encouraging as she suffered through me "playing" terribly as I cycled through the guitars and amps.
I brought my mid-90s MIM Stratocaster to Lane Music for some minor electrical work (mainly reflowing some poor soldering joints from a DIY pickup install over a decade ago) as well as a setup and was very pleased with the work done.
