From the reviews
Went there for five years and always had great lessons. Pete really helped me learn how to play bass and gave me great lessons on music history.
What a place! This music store is far superior to a Guitar Center! There is nothing that these guys can't get! And at a better price on any instrument! They are absolutely a world of knowledge! If your instrument needs a tune up or repair? These are the guys to get it done! I will do business with no one else!
Brought my guitar in to have the pick ups rewired and Jay did a great job with plenty of communication throughout. A well run shop! Very reasonable prices for the services done and I’m look forward to visiting again! Definitely will be my go to for any repairs or services for my guitars!
I take lessons here. The employees are fantasic. They all are knowledgeable about everything they carry in the store and then some. I recommend going here for lessons
Lessons at Larry Bees School of Music and Instruments
Reviews and the store's own info mention lessons at Larry Bees School of Music and Instruments. If you're signing up a beginner (or restarting yourself), a quick call ahead answers the three things that matter: which instruments they teach, whether the schedule has openings at the time you actually need, and what a first lesson costs. There's no wrong first guitar — a good teacher will happily work with whatever you walk in with, and a shop that teaches usually keeps affordable starter instruments on hand for exactly this reason.
