Dropped off a flute for repairs. Bob walked through all the items that needed fixing clearly. He also showed us new flutes that would be good for playing in the orchestra. Definitely recommend!
Went in to get a violin restrung. Within 10 seconds of choosing my strings and setting the violin down on the counter, he was already removing the strings from the pegs. Performed the whole thing in full view of me, as opposed to what I expected, taking it to a back room or something.
Bought my daughters their instruments here and I've never been disappointed with the service they provide. They're knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. My daughter recently started trumpet lessons and is thrilled with the facility.
