From the reviews
Couldn't be happier with the work that Jason did on my bass. He was incredibly accommodating and very generous with his time. In addition to doing an excellent fingerboard dressing for me, he fixed things I didn't even know were wrong/off with my bass! 10/10 repair shop IMO.
We're lucky to have a world-class, full service retail shop like Lemur close to home here in Orange County. From pickup purchase and installs to set-ups, I have had many great experiences with Lemur Music.
I don't know where to start. My daughter has played the violin since she was 6 or 7. She loves it. When she got into Jr. High she joined the Orchestra. After several months the Director asked for volunteers to play the upright Base and she didn't hesitate. SO we started looking around and doing research.
Hey, I just have to give props to Lemur Music. They've been around for over 60 years, which is super impressive. These guys really know their traditional bases, and now they’re also getting into electric bases and some guitars. It’s a sweet setup! The team at Lemur Music is just the best.
Lessons at Lemur Music
Reviews and the store's own info mention lessons at Lemur Music. If you're signing up a beginner (or restarting yourself), a quick call ahead answers the three things that matter: which instruments they teach, whether the schedule has openings at the time you actually need, and what a first lesson costs. There's no wrong first guitar — a good teacher will happily work with whatever you walk in with, and a shop that teaches usually keeps affordable starter instruments and rentals on hand for exactly this reason.
