Links is ...pretty much...the same place it's been for at least the last 25 years (as long as I've known it). The staff and owner are very knowledgeable, stores well stocked. It does have that "Hanover" vibe (think Napoleon dynamite), and I've always thought their prices were a bit high.
They don’t make music stores like this anymore. This local gem is a must visit if you are a musician or have some budding musicians and need gear, equipment, or even lessons! The owners Joe and Vicki are just excellent people who are knowledgeable and experienced with all things sound and equipment.
I moved from Philadelphia to this area about 2 years ago, and have found Link's Music to be consistently the best shop within an hour of Hanover. Their selection of new and used instruments at a wide variety of price points, in a wide variety of styles, is perfect for anyone from a beginner to a serious professional…
Links music is a great store. I've spoken with the owner and several employees. All are be friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. I purchased a Fender guitar kit the other day and they done a complete setup on it before I left. . I was back again today for a padded guitar strap. Once again very helpful.
