This shop has the best customer service from Jose, he sold me what I needed, strings and rehaired my bow. He was honest and extremely kind. He gave me suggestions on an app to use for tuning my violin called Te Tuner and told me to come back for accessories like a new shoulder pad.
We went yesterday last minute to fix my little brother’s violin and they treated us great. It was 5:56 pm and they close at 6pm. I thought they were going to accept it and give it to us the next day but the staff accepted the violin and fixed with the best attitude.
We’ve been renting with Lisle for many years. Their staff and services are amazing! Ryan, Simon and Jose are always helpful and delightful every time we see them. We haven’t met Mr. Lisle but recently he kindly helped us solve an issue with the trials through his team. Can’t say anything more, Five stars well deserved!
My son plays the violin and we stop by ever so often to get new strings. The staff is always so helpful and quick. I have been coming here for a few years now and it’s always been a pleasant experience. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
