Lisle has been wonderful during my rental experience so far! I have worked with a number of people at this location including Liam, Tal, Shelby, Christian, David, and a few others. Everyone is always so friendly and willing to answer any questions I have.

They are on top of everything. My daughter accidentally dropped her cello and broke it. Even they didn’t have the size we looked for. But they tried to order and got it so quick. Gave me very detail information what if my daughter wants to get a decent cello when she is ready to purchase.
My son has had an instrument from here since 5th grade and every single interaction was with a empathetic kind person even on the phone. Our nose recent adventure was my sons Viola was lost and assumed stolen and they where able to clearly instruct me on what to do to get a replacement.
