Super helpful staff. You can receive a variety of music lessons here and purchase used instruments at a fair price. We purchased an instrument here for my son for 5th grade band. We weren't sure if it was something he would stick with.
Very prompt repair service & attention to detail. When having corks replaced on a clarinet, they noticed the case hinge was stiff and oiled it. My son was shocked how easy the case was to open after our visit. That is above and beyond service.
This is a nice little shop. The prices are very reasonable (the pair of drum sticks I recently bought here we're actually less than what Amazon wants for the same ones) and the staff is very knowledgeable.
Andrew and the crew at Lodi Music are super knowledgeable, always willing to chat, and are straight shooters, which isn't always the case at music shops. There's no sales BS like you get at a big retail shop and there's always something interesting in the shop.
