Love this shop!! Got a new starter banjo to pluck around with this afternoon. It was all set up and tuned (major tuning) at the shop and ready for play. Took it home, did some light re-tuning from the move, and she sounds beautiful.
Lonestar Music Depot is a real deal guitar shop. I only wish I had started coming here sooner. I swung by this weekend and picked up a hard to find Samick Greg Barret Avion EV-6, as well as a Orange Crush Mini amp, Orange Terror Dark amp head and Orange PPC108 speaker cabinet among many other accessories.
I brought my fairly new Silvertone 600/AVS ( American Vintage Sunburst, solid spruce top) OM size acoustic in to this very cool guitar store on Main Street in Mesa. It needed a setup and heavier strings to use in open tunings and/or slide. Tyler did a fantastic job in one day.
A great little independent father-son music store. I love coming to this place. Beyond the wall of beautiful guitars, you’ll find a a very well-curated record collection and a cozy cafe. The staff is always friendly and I leave in a better mood than when I came in. Definitely worth the stop!
