We absolutely love Losers. They have repaired and serviced multiple instruments of ours.. and have done superb work. Bruce is an awesome man, with a friendly manner.. and he listens to our concerns and makes sure he passes them along to the repair techs. We like Dave, too. And the lady at the desk.
Today I went to purchase a saxophone, I only thought I would see altos or tenors because I was looking to buy used, but to my surprise they had a Bari in perfect condition. The staff were very helpful and kind, they worked with me to find reed size, neck strap or harness preference, and cases.
I love this place! They still got all the bins that were filled with records! I buy guitar strings there and the ladies are very nice. It's the only place I know of In Lebanon that you can buy instruments and books for music. Again ladies thanks you for being so nice when I go there.
I recently had an expensive model clarinet repaired AND purchased an oboe AND ordered folders through Losers. Each time I've worked with them I am more and more impressed. They are wonderful to work with. I highly recommend going through Losers for any instrument dealing needs!
