Keirn’s service is second to none. I bought a new high-end Fender Stratocaster and needed a few adjustments, in addition to wanting locking tuners installed. Honestly, I was nervous to mess with it myself and it just wasn’t playing like I’d hoped.
5 stars is not enough. I have to say that the experience that I have had with Kiern and Lucky Pick Guitars is simply the best of the best. I had my guitar serviced here probably about 10 months ago. Thus earning the title of Master Procrastinator. Though in any case, I brought my guitar here to have some work done on the pickups and tuning peg of my Les Paul. The service was nothing short of phenomenal.
Exceptional service! I was expecting to drop the guitar and leave it, but Keirn started working on it immediately. He made the necessary adjustments on the spot while I waited and had the guitar playing better than ever in just a matter of minutes. He explained and showed me everything he was doing while he worked.
