A little apprehensive handing my vintage heirloom Martin off to a complete stranger, as per Martin Guitars website, I ventured to M&V guitars and met Joe. A caring and skilled craftsman and technician, Joe , did not disappoint. He was timely, informative and more than fair with the sharing of his services and talent.
There is little to nothing that Joe Vervoordt of M&V doesn't know about guitars and basses. From their construction, tone, history and most importantly playability, his knowledge and masterful craftsmanship makes the difference between a pretty doorstop, to a reliable player's instrument.
Joe is a true master of his craft. I had a massive buzzing issue with my Martin guitar that several other shops couldn’t fix—but Joe not only solved it, he restored it to absolute perfection. His craftsmanship is second to none; he’s a real artisan with an unmatched depth of knowledge.
