From the reviews
Great Service. Wonderful people. Fixed up some issues with my guitar and got it working better than ever
Adam did an amazing job setting up my Gibson SG. I’d bought it from a big box store and didn’t realize it wasn’t set up well until I messed up the bridge when changing the strings. I took it to Mad Music and in two days I got it back for a very reasonable fee, and it plays SO much better.
Excellent local shop for music gear. They have classrooms for lessons too, but we haven’t used them for lessons yet. Our son found a perfect Ukulele here, the owner spent over an hour helping him shop, try them out and educate him on the quality options.
I have been working with Adam, the owner of Mad Music, for several months. I am a 50-year-old who has just started learning the violin after years of wanting to pick up the instrument. My experience with Mad Music and its trainers has been accommodating and joyful.
Lessons at Mad Music
Reviews and the store's own info mention lessons at Mad Music. If you're signing up a beginner (or restarting yourself), a quick call ahead answers the three things that matter: which instruments they teach, whether the schedule has openings at the time you actually need, and what a first lesson costs. There's no wrong first guitar — a good teacher will happily work with whatever you walk in with, and a shop that teaches usually keeps affordable starter instruments and rentals on hand for exactly this reason.
