Dave and Frank are definitions of customer service. What's more, the work Dave completed on my guitar was close to miraculous. They both take great pride in seeing that the finished product is top notch.
Purchased an American Professional strat from Fender and the "bone" nut that came with it wasn't perfect, so I decided to install a Tusq nut myself and just couldn't get the slots right. Took the guitar to Mannella's to have a custom bone nut installed and it sounds absolutely PERFECT! These guys rock!
Dave and Frank have been maintaining and repairing my gear for 20+ years. Hands down the absolute best in the Pittsburgh area. Repairs are professional and top notch. Getting it close enough isn’t an option. It’s always done right. Guitars always feel and play better after Dave or Frank have taken care of them.
Had Frank work on a Marshall Vintage Modern that had been out of service for 7+ years. He only charged me for the initial deposit and it worked flawlessly. If you have a vintage tube amp (I.e., Marshall, Fender, and etc...), Frank is the only guy you should see in the Western PA area.
