We recently needed to have my son's clarinet repaired. My wife had been there in the past and said how nice the people were. We entered with our broken clarinet and the guy came forward. We showed him how the clarinet was broken he took the pieces and looked at them for a couple of minutes.
It’s been almost 15 years since I purchased my Buffett Crampon R13 for a very fair price and despite it having repairs done by Manuel back then (not new by any means) it’s survived all kinds of trips with me and it still sounds beautiful.
Mr Perez is awesome, a true professional. My son is very happy with his expertise and job knowledge.
