Bought a Yamaha guitar at Marshall's today. Experience was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful with no pressure or rush, in fact quite the opposite. I was torn between 2 different models and they suggested I might want to take some time and think about it and come back.
My husband & I were looking for guitars for our Granddaughters birthdays. Not being familiar with guitars I made a couple of phone calls researching what we may need. I realized immediately that "Marshall Music" was very knowledgeable and customer service orientated.
Purchased a guitar and experienced some issues with the neck. Staff was friendly and helpful and allowed me to easily exchange it. Chris was very helpful in looking the guitar over and explaining that it would be better for me to exchange it so he could send that guitar back to the manufacturer. Great friendly service.
