I've purchased two guitars, two amps, tons of strings and a few cables here over the past few years, and each time I've been in the store the service was great. The staff are knowledgable and ready to help, but they also know when to give you space and demo something for yourself.
Having purchased 4 guitars, 2 amps and ALL my misc needs at Matt's I have to say more than "I've never had a bad experience". More because they are qualified, helpful, attentive with advice fitting your personal desires and best of all for a buyer like me -patient.
Just outstanding service. The salesman didn't try to sell me the most expensive guitar...just the one that was right for me, but had great advice and recommendations. Very patient and accommodating. Very skilled and knowledgeable too. These guys know instruments, and all the stuff that goes with them.
