What a truly historic place. So many amazing guitars/string instruments, if you need something repaired or want to learn to play, just stop by and check it out..
Yes, you should take your guitars here to get setup and repaired. I have a jaguar that I never really bonded with, took it here for a setup and it’s like i got a new favorite guitar. Feels completely different, like there’s no effort in playing it, and this isn't the first time i’ve had it setup professionally.
I came here for a world music concert the other day, mostly Hindu traditional music, and interesting instruments I have not seen in a while, like xylophones, cintars, African drums etc. There were a couple students performing, so I am glad they r exposing the ppl learning and taking classes there 👌💯👀.
1980 I was visiting with a friend and trying out guitars. He said," Check out this Martin HD 28." I sat down with it, played awhile, and was smitten. For $1,000 brand new, I sold him my D28 for $500 and took the HD home.
