One of the most trusted amp techs and ethical, mad scientists in the country. John has serviced dozens of amps for me over the past 20+ years, all without a single issue. I've never been less than dazzled by the results. Communication has always been 100%.
Good guy to deal with. The odd bad review appears to have confused McNeece Music with Electric Amp, who fit the whole broke/liquidated description, and had a loose historic association. Edit: yep, there is the guy from Electric, showing why someone reviewed badly, thinking this was to do with him/his business.
John was my go to guitar, amp, pedal, and other bizarre music equipment (circuit bending) repair guy and builder for years. I live thousands of miles from his business now and don’t currently have the luxury of visiting his shop, but if you have the chance to use his services, I highly recommend doing so.
Top notch builder, tech, repair guy and family man. There is a smear campaign perpetuated by a former client...Electric Amp...in hopes of damaging John's thriving business and gold standard reputation. I highly recommend McNeece's old skool professionalism and attention to detail.
