I have a 2006 Taylor 714e that had the original pickup system fail in it. Michael was able to perform exhaustive troubleshooting and provide a number of options for replacement. He was patient, informative, and was quick to do research on any alternatives I had questions about.
Michael went above and beyond after restringing my guitar and doing a set up. My guitar is playing so much better. I will definitely continue to bring my guitars to Micheal for any repair and maintenance I need in the future!

Michael is a great guy and does great work. My Gibson Acoustic was WAY out of sorts due to the winter drop in humidity (and, if I am being honest, my lack of care in properly storing it for the winter). Michael had it for less than 3 weeks and was able to re-humidify it and get it set back up as smooth as can be.
