If a job is a self-portrait of the person who did it, Eric from Mi Vida Strings should be called “Eric Excellence Trujillo”. He not only replaced a soundpost but also made key adjustments that brought my Bass back to life. I couldn’t be happier with the way it sounds now!
I just got my violin back from this place after having it restrung, adjusted, and cleaned. It looks so good, we didn’t recognize it at first. Everyone at Mi Vida was awesome!
I had the best experience here! Took my violin in to get repaired and Eric went above and beyond to make my violin look and sound beautiful! His rates are honest, reasonable and he will answer any question you throw at him with a smile. He loves what he dose and it shows. A little advice i would call before you go in.
Local string shop. Great selection of high end upright basses. I get violin strings for the kids here. I have rented a double bass here as well. Mr. Trujillo is a very nice guy and a skilled luthier.
