My niece takes piano lessons here. The staff is very helpful and kind. She absolutely loves the instructor too! They really know what they are doing and the instructor is very knowledgeable, she actually listens and helps when my niece has a question or doesn't understand something!
Store was very clean. Went to get my guitar strings replaced, very cheap to do. Owner was kind. Definitely will be returning soon!
Midwest Music has been very helpful when it has come to fixing loose and broken keys. I have a MODX7. The keys are very fragile. I have broken a few, and I even think that in transport, the keys have been damaged. They have been superb with fixing the keys in a very timely manner. I also had an issue with my sustain.
