I recently picked up a Yamaha acoustic/electric that already sounded very good, but there were a few upgrades I wanted to make: replacing the urea nut, saddle, and bridge pins with bone. I found Neil’s website and, based on his excellent reviews and reputation, gave him a call.

Proud owner of a Miller Acoustics mandolin here. Neil built this mandolin as part of a series of mandolins in 2012/2013 and this instrument has stood the test of time. I've put many miles on it and its top notch quality continues to shine through.

He skillfully set the action on my guitar and lowered the bridge, making it incredibly playable. The ease with which I can now strum and fret my chords is fantastic!
