Had an issue with my ESP LTD guitar fretboard not having my tone sustain when bending on the higher frets. Took it to several shops and they are unable to fix the issue. But Jackwind was able to diagnose the problem and literally re-sand my entire fretboard.
My guitar always go out of tune despite tuning it multiple times during a session. Jack is so experienced with the trust rod and height adjustment that it hardly ever goes out of tune now. He set up my Epiphone in regular tuning and my Telecaster in drop D tuning with the same feel that I am so grateful for.
I just bought new guitar online from guitar center, which need proper setup, we Met Jack and ask him to do basic setups, most guitar will need neck adjustment, and intonation also strings height , and Mr Jack deliver it very well! Thanks Jack!
