We love Modal Music Studio! Dan has taught ukulele and guitar to my daughter for the past few years and not only is she really showing growth, she has a great time too. He really knows how to engage students and she looks forward to going for lesson each week.
I started learning online with Dan Mudge about a year ago during June of 2020. Learning and practicing guitar has been a real blessing and something I had wanted to learn for a long time and even in the first year I have gotten exponentially better than when I started.
I would recommend Modal music to literally anyone, from beginners on up. I was taking guitar lessons from Dan before Modal opened. I followed because he doesn't just teach music, he teaches me music. He knows me...how I learn, what I'm capable of, what kinds of music I'd be more inclined to practice.
My daughter has been a student here with Chris since it opened in 2020 when she was 11. She studied ukulele now electric guitar and after six years she loves it so much.
