Monell has been a seriously reliable and awesome guitar tech and salesman. I have had two bass jack wires completely disconnect, and Monell got them re-soldered in 10 minutes. (No emergency charges or anything) He knows I teach rock band and need the bass the next day.
Such a cool little store, and you won’t find friendlier service anywhere. Knowledgable about reed, brass, bowed, percussion instruments, and guitars/bass. And TJ is always good for an interesting conversation about music and very up front if something is outside of his area of expertise.

Been there multiple times, once to get a used trumpet ready for our son, again to have the trumpet repaired from an unfortunate bump. Both times prices were more than reasonable, clearly communicated what was going to be done, and the work was completed very timely. I will be back and highly suggest this business.
