Looking for that old CD or record your college roommate stole from you? Check here. They probably have it. Clearing out your own old records, videos, games and books? Bring them here before you go to that box store across town (I forgot to and wish I had kept it local).
Great place for used or new books, DVDs, games, comics as well as just about every other whatnot possible. They take trade in so you can can trade some of your old books or DVDs in to get a discount on newer ones. I can spend time just looking through their old comics.
A big selection of records in the back of the store. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. You should certainly set aside a little time, though, as the records are not divided into categories like Rock, Pop, Jazz, Classical, etc, but arranged all together alphabetically. Well worth a visit, though.
I went looking for nothing in particular and ended up picking up a Xbox 360 I am very pleased with. Super clean, very professional and friendly staff. I highly recommend and would visit again.

First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
