Great guy and staff. They can fix any instrument and the inventory of guitars and any musical equipment you need is growing by the day. I highly recommend Mr. Reid, he goes above and beyond for musicians.
We visited Mr. Reid's while we were in town visiting family. The owner & staff was very friendly & helpful. My daughter walked out with a new (to her) fiddle that she absolutely loves!!
Mr Reid's is not only a great music shop , it also has a full service shop run by Steve Reid , owner and Master luthier , as well as second luthier Jim York . The shop is a Martin Certified repair center but can take care of anything made of wood that has strings.
My son was given a guitar and needed a strap for him to be able to play it comfortably. Mr. Reid's shop ordered us a child's strap and called us once it came in. They were so kind and helpful, giving all sorts of helpful, guitar-related info to us newbies. I would recommend anyone go to Mr.
