I went here to buy some strings and was looking at buying a inexpensive acoustic guitar. Though I didn’t find what I was looking for, Mike was very friendly and helpful. As a young musician most music stores are not very friendy or welcoming, but here I felt welcome.
I purchased a guitar from mike and had three others serviced. I have also taken lessons at Mt. Plesant Music. Mike is very knowledgeable and super easy to deal with. A real credit to his profession!
Words cannot express how kind the service is here. He was able to clean up the guitar & restring within 30 minutes. Best in all of Charleston!
Mike did a great job at fixing the bowed neck on my bass. It has been brought multiple places and Mt. Pleasant Music is the only place I feel confident has truly solved the issue—at a great price too. Mike is extremely nice and not condescending, another important factor to me in choosing where I get repairs done.
