Ike was really helpful with my son picking out his first guitar. Prices were really fair, guitar is good quality, and they do free string repair. they also have a bunch of really cool little instruments for my 4 year old.
I’ve used this location to rent and buy instruments and also took lessons here. I rented a trumpet for a few months and had no issue paying or returning it when I was finished. I’ve ordered amps through here and service and shipping were fine. I took guitar lessons with Craig and he’s the best!
Sam is the best! He's super helpful and always wiling to answer questions and help while trying out the instruments. I've been renting for my son and we've exchanged the instrument a couple of times, some of the front staff is not ready for customer service but the experience is always great when Sam is there.
Came in to get a 3/4 sized guitar for my daughter that’s just starting private lessons. Ike took time to talk to my daughter about the music she likes and show her how to tune the instrument we picked and how to play her first chord. We got everything we needed for my daughter to start learning.
