Exceptional customer service by each associate I have dealt with at this store. Be patient as it may take a few minutes to wait your turn for service, but that is because they spend time with each customer to address their needs. Very polite staff.
The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond! Our teacher Michael S was patient, kind, knowledgeable and wonderful with our son. He is fantastic with kids of all levels and encouraged a love of learning and music. We highly recommend Michael S and Music and Arts!
I feel compelled to write a glowing review of this store based on my experience shopping there yesterday. I don't live in the area, but I'm here visiting and I really wanted to try out the Yamaha P125 piano, just to see whether it might be an improvement over the older P105 I'd been playing (it very definitely is).
Incredible store with even more incredible teachers and staff. The people here are always so kind and helpful. I’ve learned so much from Eli in only a few months of lessons. He makes lessons fun and enjoyable. If you need guitar lessons he’s your guy!!
