These guys are awesome. Super helpful, and always willing to get you going no matter what. I took in a broken guitar (that I didn't purchase from them), and it needed parts replaced. They didn't charge me a thing for the fix or parts. Fantastic customer service.
We had a good experience here getting our cello repaired for middle school orchestra. The staff were helpful and let us know their repair process of first sending it off then giving us a quote. We had the choice to accept the offered repair price and continue or reject it at no charge.
Naomi was super helpful when I came in with my dad. She helped me pick out a guitar and made sure I got exactly what I needed. She also took the time to walk us through signing my brother up for clarinet lessons, explaining everything clearly and making it really easy.
The staff is extremely helpful and easy to work with! They went above and beyond my expectations in order to help me with my purchase. Jordan was great, and he even worked with other locations so that I could try the instrument I was looking for before I made my decision. I can't thank Jordan and staff enough!
