As a professional musician, I have been a customer of Central Instrument Company for many years. I purchased an exceptional alto sax there recently. The repair staff have always serviced my clarinets and saxophones quickly and to the highest professional standards.
Needed to get my daughter's trumpet cleared of two cleaning brushes. DO NOT USE THESE EVEN IF THEY COME WITH THE INSTRUMENT! We got there just before closing time to drop it off and Tim stayed late to work on it- got one out. The second was out the next day. Very kind and professional on the phone and in person.
The staff was very nice and helpful. I got my instrument a deep clean there and was ready in a week. I'm glad I went here.
This is a wonderful shop that has been a god send in times of need. We first started going here about four to five years ago on the recommendation of my daughter's band director after an extremely disappointing encounter at Woodsy's.
