We went in a while back to rent a violin for my daughter. A young man (man, I'm old) named Nicholas helped me & went above and beyond. She needed a 1/4 size violin, which he didn't have at that location, so while we went to an appointment we had to make, he took it upon himself to drive out to the Hurst store and pick…
My wife got her first violin from here. All the staff were really nice and friendly. Alec was even kind enough to test out the violin for us.
Customer service was wonderful and the employees were very knowledgeable! Definitely coming back for more guitar strings when I need them!
Both of my kids take music lessons here. They both look forward to going every week. Staff is friendly and extremely knowledgable.
