It was our first time at the store a couple days ago. My son's teacher had recommended two other shops that were closed on Sundays and this store popped up in our search. We were not disappointed. Pati was the only person in the store when we were there.
Although I saw some bad reviews from over a year ago, so far this store has been a pleasant experience with a helpful staff working there. Moreover, I can honestly say from a service standpoint this store operates a bit better than the one I took piano lessons from back in Maryland.

We absolutely love the Music & Arts Center and especially our daughter’s teacher, Max. He is an incredible teacher is so patient, skilled, and truly passionate about what he does. Our daughter is on the autism spectrum, and she has learned so much and feels comfortable and supported in his class.
