Stopped in without calling with son's guitar looking to have new strings installed. Tiffany was extremely helpful as well as the staff and overall atmosphere of the store was exceptional. Even as busy as they were, she offered to string it for us on the spot. We will definitely make this our music store.
Tiffany did amazing re-stringing my guitar, and was so nice along the way too. Even before the re-stringing, she has been so nice and helpful, always. The store itself too has a nice atmosphere which just feels inviting and welcoming. The instruments are high-quality, and the lessons are great (I assume).
I came in to get some guitar strings and Ricky was awesome. He helped me string the guitar tuned it up for me and played it a little bit. overall great experience really knowledgeable guy two thumbs up. I recommend any musician to come to this location for a great experience.
