The Mercer Mall store is well organized and the staff is helpful. I got a lot of personalized attention and help versus a much larger store i went to. Noah was a great salesperson who helped me to select the most appropriate keyboard for my situation and level. (Not the most expensive one i was considering.

Took an Acoustic Guitar in to get it repaired/ Restrung.. spoke to Allie and was told to come on in. Allie restrung the guitar all the while being courteous and helping other customers. I was happy to wait for him . Allie took care of the restring as well as helping me with other things.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They let me and my son try out their daughters as long as we liked. They also had a good number of accessories in stock. What they didn't have, they could order them for you. They also offer music lessons. Definitely check them out.
