I recently visited a local guitar store and had an outstanding experience, thanks to Hunter, one of the employees. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant, filled with the sound of guitars being played and music echoing throughout the shop.
From purchase to warranty support, the customer service staff at this location have always stood by us. We purchased a Buffet clarinet that developed an unrepairable crack within the warranty period.
Always get wonderful customer service at Music and Arts! Raf was a great help during my recent trip to the store. My family has rented through the years, as well as taken lessons and purchased my daughter's clarinet here. Strongly recommend!
Nice staff, they made a real effort of solving a need. They directed to a lesser product saving me $$ when they could've directed me to spend more for a solution not needed. Real integrity & interest in their customers needs. They're not based on $$ but on the needed fix.
