They were helpful in getting my son a rental instrument for marching band but couldn't tell me they didn't have a repair part until two weeks later. Spit valve...not that hard to replace. Helpful and nice but we could have been speed two weeks time.
Darrell Monk did a nice job repairing my son's wooden banjo! Update July 2023: Darrell no longer works there, nor does any repairs. All repairs are now sent to a Dallas location 😥

I was at this store on today to purchase a guitar starter set. Miguel was absolutely wonderful. He was very helpful. Although, they didn't have what I was looking for he went above and beyond to find another store that did. Thanks for hiring Miguel.
