Music & Arts is a great little instrument store that offers lessons. The staff is very friendly to customers and experienced and knowledgeable about the instruments. I believe that are all musicians themselves. They keep the store organized and offer some good deals on instruments, music books, and lessons.
Thank you to Samuel at the Paramus branch for such a great experience! He was extremely helpful while my son tested instruments for school band and thoughtfully answered all of our questions about rentals and beginner setup needs. Samuel was warm, knowledgeable, and great with kids.
The manager John is incredible! He is working diligently to solve my customer service issue. He was much much much more helpful to me than the corporate customer service. He and Sean are doing a fabulous job here at this music and arts store. I am very grateful.
