So..... I called here randomly one day to ask about prices for guitars and just to ask a million questions about buying a guitar as a surprise for my husband. The moment this guy (Charlie), i hope i got that right. Answered the phone, I knew i called the right place.
Great friendly staff. Reasonable prices. They have about 1,200 instruments that they lease out to students each year all over the Portland area. Lots of choices of instruments for just $139/school year - and of course some instruments lease for more than that if they are more rare or expensive.
Love this store! Good customer service is hard to find, but you will find here! I brought in an old sax for repair, and they it dialed in within a few days and didn't charge me much at all. I will be back!
