I called the store at 820pm because one of the strings on my daughter's violin popped. I explained to Doug everything including that my daughter had a concert the next day. They close at 9p. He told me that he would definitely be able to help me if I arrived before 9p. I arrived at 850p.
Our eight-year-old son has been taking music lessons here for the last few months and we have been very pleased.
