I recently shopped at Music and Arts for a new guitar. I have purchased one in the past and I was very happy with it. The entire staff goes above and beyond to help everyone. The manager Chris let me try several guitars and also offered to order anything they didn't have in stock.
I needed a new acoustic guitar and was visiting a friend in this area. I was so happy to see such a wide range of both electric and acoustic guitars. Nathan greeted me as I walked in and showed me where to look, he was really friendly.
Staff has always been extremely kind and helpful, even telling my 11-year-old to bring his snare drum in, if he ended up needing help changing heads. We have always left Music & Arts happy, and I am always impressed with the level of customer care. Affordable pricing, all questions answered patiently and genuinely.
