The desk staff are welcoming, very nice, and patient. My son meshes well with his piano teacher. She lets him play the kind of music he wants to play which I believe is important for helping to maintain interest and desire to play. His skill has improved greatly with her.

I was referred to this shop for a guitar lesson book. I was very nicely greeted by a very nice sales assistant. The staff initially searched for a copy unsuccessfully but went the extra mile, checking other shops on my behalf. It appeared that a copy was, in fact, listed as being in their shop and they searched again.

I was looking to buy a higher end digital piano. This was the best instrument buying experience of my 65+ years. Grant and the women working in the store were very helpful in my evaluating different keyboards. They brought in additional keyboards more than once for me to try from the warehouse.

Emery knew exactly where to find the item I wanted and also referred me to the music book section. While I was shopping I also overheard him talking to a customer who was interested in renting an instrument. He gave her specific information and also mentioned that the store provides lessons.
