I was only stopping by so my son could try different electric guitars to figure out which one he liked. Clay (store manager) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and congenial talking about all of the different makes and sounds. He pulled a couple of guitars down and let my son try them out.
I took my guitar in because the input jack and a knob were loose. They were really friendly and fixed the input jack while I was there, and took my guitar to another store to get the knob fixed, and took it back to the Springfield store. They called a couple times to update me.
Went in to have my action on my guitar adjusted and new strings added and they did an amazing job. Super great customer service and extremely affordable. Definitely recommend!
