I had the best shopping experience here with Brian and Jordan! They were both so knowledgeable and friendly. They really took their time explaining everything to me and they both play the different bass guitars when I asked to hear how they sounded. I love how patient and thorough they were.
I initially contacted the Guitar Center store in Fayetteville regarding the replacement of strings on my daughter’s guitar. They informed me that they currently do not have a technician who offers this service and referred me to Music & Arts in Stockbridge.
Great staff and selection of instruments for rent. I rented my child’s saxophone from M&A last year. Reasonable monthly plan and service contract. I went back today and picked up his instrument for this year. They gave me a brand new Yamaha Alto Saxophone. The store staff is very helpful and accommodating.
I popped in on a whim to look at bass guitars and was promptly greeted by Bryan. I was able to purchase my first guitar along with some accessories. I got better quality items than what I was originally going to purchase online for the same cost. Great products and even better customer service!
